Then simply follow the instructions to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.

Orders

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Follow the link on your order confirmation page from your email confirmation page, another updated tracking number email will be sent to you once shipment leaves our facility with a link for tracking information provided in the email as well. Or simply log in to your account to see the most updated order status, Tracking number and shipping carrier are provided inside my account order page. If you still need help with your order status, simply contact us by email at makemeblushboutique@yahoo.com or call us during business hours from 11am-8pm Tuesday-Friday, Saturday 10:00 am-8:00pm, Sunday 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm MST.

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel an order. We would be happy to assist you with that. To cancel an order please just contact us via email or call . Please note that if an order has finalized for shipment/has left our shipping facility cancellations can not be guaranteed.

Shipping

USPS has two main options for standard shipping – Priority Mail and First-Class Mail. Priority Mail packages are usually delivered in 1-3 business days, First-Class Mail packages are delivered in 1-5 business days, and small packages in 2-5 business days.

Standard delivery orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. During checkout, our shipping options will indicate when you will receive your order.

Make Me Blush Boutique is a strong advocate for personal privacy, and we do whatever it takes to preserve yours. We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages. The only identifying marks are your mailing address and ours.

Returns & Exchanges

Simply use your sales receipt provided in your package as your return form. Please write at the bottom if you would prefer an exchange or store credit.

We Want You to Love what you have ordered, But if for some reason you don't, we will gladly help you return your new and unworn item(s) for an exchange or store credit. Most Items are returnable for a refund/store credit within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please keep in mind that all returns must be in their new and original condition with packaging, tags and sanitary protection intact. Please inspect your package upon arrival. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing
item or an incorrect item in your package please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of your package delivery date. Please note that shipping fee and gift wrap fee are non refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Due to health regulations all sales are final on panties, teddies, hosiery, pasties and Adult sex toys. Shipping and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.

To an exchange, simply send back the item you want to exchange/return, request a store credit on your return form/sales receipt. Once your store credit is
processed and issued, simply place a new order online for your exchange item by using your store
credit code. Or simply place a new order for the item(s) you wish and return the original item(s) for a
refund or store credit.

All returns/store credits are processed within 4-5 business days upon arrival to our warehouse. An e-mail notification will be sent to you to inform you your store credit has
been issued.

Costumes, Costume Accessories, items are returnable within 30 days from the date of delivery for
store credit only. Please keep in mind that all returns must be in their new and original condition with packaging, tags and sanitary protection intact. Please inspect your package upon arrival. In the rare
case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package please contact us
within 48 hours so we can address and correct any problems. If no attempt is made to contact us
within 48 hours via telephone, email regarding the damaged/missing item(s), all items are deemed
received and intact. Please try on the main portion of your costume immediately to ensure it fits
properly and will not be returned.

If you attempt to return an item that is non-returnable, incomplete, or with signs of use it will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Packages that are returned by the carrier due to being refused or
undeliverable will be subject to a return shipping fees will be charged and billed by the postal service and carrier. Once we receive the package back our returns department will contact you with the information on how to proceed. Please keep in mind that return shipping fees vary depending on your location and the weight of the package.

If the items you purchased are no longer suitable for you, you can return them and get a full refund. The time limit is 30 days for regular priced items and 10 days for sale items. The returned item must be in its original condition, i.e. not have been worn, washed or damaged, as well as include all of its parts (if applicable).

We reserve the right to refuse any return of items which do not comply with the regulations of this policy.
